Tried to land there last with a student for his X/c night flight but the pilot controlled lighting was not working. I'll still give it a five star rating because it might have been something I was doing wrong??? But if airport mgmt. sees this review, you might want to look into it. Tried clicking repeatedly and with various sequences on 122.9. Looked up the A/FD to see if there were any non-standard procedures for PCL also. No dice.
