Thanks for the quick service in sending your technician from Burlington after our business air conditioner stopped putting out cold air. He installed a temporary motor in the blower part of the furnace until they could get the correct horse power motor ordered. This kept us and my heat sensitive merchandise cool until the correct motor arrived and was installed after the second trip from Burlington.
The only place i go for heating and cooling needs.
I called to ask for a quote when I had a major gas leak. They wanted to charge $120 just to look!! Well, at least they told me up front that they were going to screw me.
I normally wouldn't waste my time with writing a review, however, the unethical and morally bankrupt business practices of Plains Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. need to be exposed. Leon Kelly expressed angrily his disappointment when we didn't hire him after receiving an outrageous bid. Then, several months later, he sought to get even when we had a carbon monoxide scare and he chose that opportunity to inflate, and overcharge us because of our "emergency". His invoice to us is not itemized and has zero explanation on how he arrived at his costs. My ranch foreman asked Leon about this and was not given an explanation, rather he was told we should just not hire him again. Well at least we can agree on that. For what it's worth, we'll pay their b.s. invoice, but we strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. There are plenty of options for your heating and a/c needs in eastern Colorado and I suspect that you can get respect and civility from anyone other than Leon Kelly and Plains Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
