Manager has black mold and other problems with the trailers he rents out and refuses to fix it. Manager harasses you by calling your job and trying to garnish your wages for so called rent owed. This place is discusting and no trailer home here is worth putting your children in danger over.
Manager goes out of his way to help people moving in, beyond his normal duties.
