Horrible experience. They knew we were in need of help so they told us it was 3.50 per mile we were 90 miles away and agreed on that price, however we told them before they came that the battery cables were bad and needed replaced when got to us they detached the cables and then cleaned the old one and put them back on. when they called for payment of upward of $600.00 I tried to start my vehicle and nothing, that is when I checked to find the old cables put on instead of new ones. I told them I was not going to pay for the service because I didn't receive any service. Horrible people to work with they know your in the middle of no-where this is highway robery
Called because I was broke down 12 miles away on I70 with a busted serpentine belt, they said they would send someone out. Called my husband back 15 minutes later to tell him "they didn't have that belt and they couldn't find any in town" I called the chrysler dealer who told me George's shop sat right by NAPA and confirmed that NAPA had the belt. Chrysler guy called George's while I was on hold and told me they (George's) apparently just didn't want to do it. Instead of telling me they didn't want to do it I almost paid 3x the towing to go to the next town 40 miles away because he LIED TO US and told us that the belt in my very average 2000 silverado was unavailable in the whole town. The guy that DID tow me took me to Interstate Diesel Repair and said George's is known for not being too honest but good at rackin up a price. SUPER happy with service at Interstate diesel, go there!
We started having problems with our vehicle on a trip to Denver and Chris (one of the George's brothers) helped us out. Great business to deal with and great people. Would recommend them to anyone. (There mother was a sweetheart)

We were moving our family from Missouri to Aurora with 3 vehicles when our Yukon started "growling" from the front left. It could not proceed and I was afraid it was the differential. We limped it to George's where Chris immediately diagnosed it as the left hub. (Odd that the nickname of Limon is "hub city")! Turns out a defective hub had been installed in Missouri 3 months ago. We proceeded to Aurora with two vehicles. With Chris's and Eleanor's help and encouragement the next day we brought back a warranty replacement hub the next day and went to lunch. It was DONE and perfect when we got back in an hour. Eleanor was an absolute jewel! We thank all of you for turning a near catastrophe into an inconvenience! And cost was extremely reasonable and fair.
