These guys are great!! I was driving across country in my conversion van ambulance from Birmingham AL to California and of course my ambulance broke down in Limon. They were more than helpful and let me borrow some tools because I couldn't really afford to pay them to fix anything. The only problem about this place is it is in the middle of nowhere. So it might take a day to get a part from a different store but besides that I definitely would recommend them. I broke down again in Denver and ended up taking a rental car the rest of the way but it was a fun experience.
Driving down the 70, our car started making funny noises. We called NAPA auto parts with next to no notice to see if someone could check it out. Upon arrival David helped us out, he was very professional and thorough, on a test drive we could not hear the sound, and after checking it out we couldn’t locate the problem. He pointed out that our break pads were very low though, the cost to replace them was reasonable, I would have replaced them there but they did not have the right parts on hand. David was kind enough to write the part number down for me. Overall these guys were honest, straight forward and helpful. I would recommend stopping in if you have any car issues.
1 1/2 hrs. we were back on the road. Very inexpensive.
Driving to Oklahoma from Colorado. On the interstate. Something flies off a semi. We run over it. One more exit 2 miles ahead and then none for at least 50 miles. Get off the exit. Go to a quick stop. We have a flat. Napa store 4 blocks away. This is in Limon, CO.
These guys are outstanding, go the extra mile. Our motor home had a tire going flat and another very unevenly worn. Chris got right on it, found (last 2) tires that fit and had them mounted right away. They were professional and courteous; could have charged us a fortune. Instead we received a very good value for the charge. Thanks guys!
Everyone was so kind & helpful. The mechanic was able to patch the tire. We made it home safely.
I broke down near this place with a bad tire on a motorcycle. As they do not deal with motorcycle tires, I felt somewhat helpless. Stayed at a motel that night. In the morning, their garage tech lent us the tools needed to break loose the tire and rim! Next, the Manager, Chris, LENT us his personal vehicle to go to the nearest major city to get a tire put on!!!These people are not only good business people, they are examples of American Values I have not seen in years! Thank you so much!! Forever in your debt.
They didn't think they could fix it. Didn't have tire in stock. 3 days till wait.
